We’re excited to announce that the new YCS intranet will be live as of Sunday, February 1!
The YCS Community intranet has been designed to make it easier for you to find the information and resources you need as an employee. Many of our most frequently requested materials—forms, manuals, and key information—are now housed in one centralized location. By centralizing information, we are supporting staff in delivering high-quality, consistent care to the individuals we serve. If you’re unable to find what you’re looking for, please let us know so we can continue to improve the site.
As part of our strategic plan, we are diligently working to strengthen communication and transparency across the organization, and this platform is an important step in our ongoing commitment to making YCS a Great Place to Work & reinforcing staff engagement and operational excellence.
To access the intranet, visit www.ycs.org and click the “Employee Login” link in the top right corner of the homepage. If you currently access the old site (ycseonline), you will be automatically redirected to the new page, where you can sign in using your YCS credentials.
We are confident this will be a valuable resource and recognize that it may take some time to adjust. Your feedback will be essential as we continue refining the system to better support your work.
